Thursday: The I-20 Comedy Show featuring
Kevin Hart |
| The ULM Campus Activities Board is partnering with 321
Productions to host Kevin Hart on Thursday, September
8th in Fant Ewing Coliseum. The event will begin at 7
pm and doors open at 6 pm. Kevin has done several stand-up
TV specials for Comedy Central, including I'm a Little
Grown Man (2009) and Seriously Funny (2010). In 2010,
Hart appeared in Air Jordan commercials alongside Dwyane
Wade. Hart also appears frequently as a "roundtable"
guest on the late night E! talk show Chelsea Lately. On
June 26, 2011 he hosted the 2011 Bet Awards. Kevin has
also appeared in many movies. Tickets will go on sale
Friday August 5th at Books-A-Million, the La Capitol Bank
on campus, and www.ulmtickets.com.
Tickets prices are: $20 for students with their student
ID in the upper sections. $35 for the general public in
the upper sections. Floor seating will be $60 for the
first 6 rows and $45 for the back 6 rows. Seating will
be general admission for each section. |

Friday: The I-20 Classic Step Show Hosted
by Ricky Smiley |
| The ULM NPHC and 321 Productions present the I20 classic
step show featuring Rickey Smiley as the host. Rickey
Smiley is most known for his national radio show that
will be hosted in Brown Auditorium on September 9th. Tickets
for the live broadcast of the radio show will be free
for a limited amount of people when they purchase tickets
to the Kevin Hart event. The step show will feature several
NPHC groups from ULM and Grambling and the ULM Kappa Deltas.
These groups will not only be competing for who is the
best step groups in North Louisiana, the male and female
winners will receive $1500 each. The show will be Friday,
September 9th at 10 pm in Fant Ewing Coliseum. Tickets
can be purchased at Books-a-million, the La Capitol Bank
on campus, and www.ulmtickets.com
beginning on August 5th. Tickets will be $20 for general
admission and $25 for the floor. Students can get a special
price of $15 if they purchase the tickets on August 5th
when the tickets go on sale. |

Saturday: Tailgating in the Grove |
Come out and tailgate in Malone Stadium's "Grove".
It will be a livly family emvioroment, full of food,
fun, and festivities by the community, students,and
campus organizations. 100.1
The Beat will be broadcasting live from
the Grove.

Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and The La. Go DJs will
host The Official ULM vs. GSU Game After Party.
